concerning
the
“haunted”
office
of
District
Executive
Ed
Friedland,
which
is
now
showcasing
employee-made
exhibits
featuring
characters
from
scary
movies,
including
Frankenstein;
Ghostface
from
“Scream”;
Chucky
from
“Child’s
Play”;
Beetlejuice;
and
Art
the
Clown
from
“Terrifier.”
Rakoff,
who
turned
the
handle
on
a
gumball
machine
in
the
“Scream”
display,
received
a
spooky
prize:
a
sticker
of
himself
being
unmasked
as
Ghostface.
“I
don’t
know
if
I’ll
ever
be
as
traumatized
as
I
was
then,”
he
said.
A
panel
of
SDNY
judges
and
Second
Circuit
appellate
judges
will
choose
a
winning
exhibit
after
Halloween
is
over.
